Amit House

Amit House is situated at Ak-21 Arakashan Road in Ram Nagar. If you know the area, it is right near Sanjeevan Hospital. Also, we are pretty much opposite the Chand Palace Hotel. Pahar Gunj is always a busy place with a lot of noise and people moving around at all hours. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action in New Delhi. The pincode is Newdelhi=110055. Being on Arakashan Road means there is always traffic and the sounds of horns honking outside our windows. It is an old building but it serves its purpose for us. We have been operating from this location for quite some time. The street is narrow and you have to be careful when you are walking so you don't get hit by a cycle rickshaw. Inside Amit House, things are a bit cramped but we manage. There is a lot of history in these streets and we feel like a small part of the local community here. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a plain place where we come to work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Most of the people who come by are locals or travelers staying at the nearby hotels. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. It’s a very grounded kind of life here. The hospital next door makes the street even busier with ambulances and people constantly coming and going.
