Down at 219 Janta Market, you’ll find us right on Rani Jhasi Road. This market is always crowded, and there is a constant hum of people and traffic outside our door. We do engineering work here, which means there is usually some welding or cutting happening in the back. The floor is always covered in some kind of dust or metal scraps, no matter how much we sweep it. We’ve been at this location for a lot of years. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people know where we are. It is a small shop, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is standing by the lathe or the workbench. We deal with a lot of local guys who need parts for their own shops or repairs for their machines. It’s hard work, and your hands are never really clean at the end of the day. But we like the routine of it. Janta Market has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of that. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but mostly we are just grinding away at whatever project is on the bench. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local engineering shop doing its work.
