Theja Infra & Developers Private Limited

Our office is at 16/75 on the first floor of a building on Joshi Road. It’s right in the middle of Karol Bagh, so it’s always loud and crowded outside. Theja Infra & Developers Private Limited is what we call the company. We focus on small development projects around this part of New Delhi. It’s a lot of work involving old buildings and trying to make them better for people to use. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of tiles or electrical fittings scattered around. We don't have a receptionist or anyone to bring you water when you walk in. We just grab a chair and get to work. Most of us have lived in South West Delhi for a long time, so we know how things work around here. It’s not always easy dealing with the traffic or the heat, but we manage. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just trying to build things that stay standing and do what they are supposed to do. A lot of our day is spent talking to contractors or trying to track down a specific type of material that’s gone out of stock. It’s a bit of a headache sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up every day and try to get things finished when we said we would.
