Our office is at 10-B on the fourth floor of Rajindra Park, right along Pusa Road. Being in Central Delhi means there is always a lot of activity right outside our doors. Subduer Promoters is the name we’ve been using for a while now. We handle things like property promotion and development. Since we are on the fourth floor, we rely on the elevator quite a bit, though it has its moods sometimes. The office isn't anything special to look at. We just have some basic furniture, a few computers, and a lot of folders full of documents. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend a lot of our day talking to clients or heading out to look at different plots of land. Pusa Road is always busy, so we hear the honking and the traffic all day long. It’s just the background noise of our work life. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions of what we do. We just do the job and try to stay organized. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork because there is always something that needs doing. It’s a lot of practical, everyday tasks. We know the other people in the building and occasionally grab a tea from the stall nearby. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things going in a busy city.
