We have our office in the DCM Building at 16 Barakhamba Road, up on the fourth floor in room 4 R. It’s a central spot in New Delhi, and being in such an old, well-known building feels right for us. We do infrabuild work, which means we are always busy with construction and infrastructure planning. Even though we are in a more traditional office building, we try to keep our own space pretty simple and grounded. There are blueprints on the walls and folders piled on the desks. We aren't a huge corporation with a lot of departments or a fancy front desk. It’s just a small team of us who handle the projects from start to finish. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or in meetings trying to figure out the best way to move a project forward. Barakhamba Road is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of energy and noise around us. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. We just talk about the work and what needs to be done. Sometimes the projects are complicated and we have to spend long hours in the office going over every single detail. We’ve been at this for some time now and we’ve learned that being honest and practical is the best way to get things done. We just focus on our projects and try to keep everything running smoothly without making any big fuss.
