If you head over to 5A Dilkhusa Street and go up to the first floor, you will find Sirri Saqti Estates Private Limited. We have a modest office there where we handle property matters and local estate work. It’s a nice enough street, and being on the first floor means we can see people passing by all day. We deal with houses, apartments, and land, mostly helping people figure out where they want to live or what they want to buy. It’s not a very complicated business, but it requires a lot of patience. We spend hours talking to people and showing them around different spots. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing on a keyboard. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people hear about us through friends or family. We try to be straightforward about things because nobody likes being confused when it comes to property. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult landlords or tricky paperwork, but that’s part of the job. We keep a stash of tea and biscuits for when guests come over.
