SHUBHANKAR BUILDTECH LLP is based out of the DCM Building on Barakhamba Road. Our specific spot is 4 T. If you know that building, you know it is right in a very busy part of the city. We have been working from here for a good while. We mostly deal with the technical side of building and construction. It is not always easy working in such a crowded area, but it keeps us close to everything we need. Our office is fairly simple with desks, some chairs, and plenty of blueprints laying around. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a dedicated group of us making sure the projects get finished. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different contractors and making sure all the paperwork is in order. Delhi has a lot of rules for building, so that takes up a good chunk of our day. We do not use any fancy language to talk about what we do. We build things and we try to do it right. Sometimes the weather or other issues cause delays, which can be frustrating, but we just keep pushing forward. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. We prefer it that way because it feels more personal. It is just business as usual for us at Barakhamba Road.
