We've been operating out of the Indraprakash Building on Barakhamba Road for a bit now. You can find us on the third floor in office 301. It's a busy part of New Delhi, but we like being centrally located because it makes meeting folks easier. We mostly handle infrastructure projects and technical work around here. It isn’t anything fancy, just a group of us working hard to get things done right. Sometimes the lifts in the building are slow, but we manage. If you are coming over, we are right there in Central Delhi near the main hubs. We started Shree Vardhman Infratech LLP because we saw a need for more hands-on work in the local development scene. It’s mostly just day-to-day coordination and making sure the sites are moving along. We aren't big on flashy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the ground reality of the builds. Being in 110001 means we are right in the thick of it, which has its pros and cons. The traffic is a nightmare sometimes, but it’s home for the business. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we deal with. No big promises, just the work we agreed on. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at site reports. It’s a lot of paper and planning, but that’s how this industry goes. We've stayed in this building because the location is just too good to leave despite the noise and the constant crowd outside the gate.
