Our office is on the first floor at 48/2 in Gadodia Market. That’s right in the heart of Khari Baoli in Old Delhi. If you know the area, you know how busy and packed it is with spice traders and all kinds of noise. It’s a historic place, and our office fits right in with the old buildings. We do building work, but in this part of town, it's often about working within tight spaces. Buildwell is our name, but we are really just a small group of guys who have been in the trade for a long time. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. We don't have a glossy website or a fancy logo. We just have our reputation in the market. Every morning, the smell of spices from Gadodia Market fills the air while we go over the day's schedule. It can be chaotic outside, with handcarts and people everywhere, but we manage to get our work done. We handle local construction and repairs. We don't talk like those corporate types. We say what we mean. If a job is going to take two weeks, we don't say one week just to make you happy. We value being honest and just getting through the day. Working in Central Delhi has its own set of problems, like traffic and old wiring, but we are used to it by now.
