We are Sedentary Buildcon Llp and our small office is located right in the basement of Plot Number 2 over in Daryaganj. If you know the area, it's Ward Number Xi, specifically 4828/24. It’s a busy part of Central Delhi and there’s always something going on outside our door, from street vendors to people rushing to the market. Most days we are just here at our desks handling whatever comes our way with the building and construction work we do. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular ground floor and basement space where we keep our files and meet folks who need to talk about their projects. Sometimes the basement gets a bit stuffy during the summer months, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. Traffic in Daryaganj makes it hard to get around sometimes, but being centrally located in 110002 helps us stay close to the main parts of the city. This spot has been our base for a while now. The walls are a bit plain and we aren’t big on decorations, but it works for what we need. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking over site plans with a cup of tea. Usually, it's just the sound of the fans and the distant horns from the street. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for big speeches or marketing talk. If you’re looking for us, you have to look for the basement entrance near the corner. It’s a practical setup for us. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here in the office. It’s just how we run things day in and day out.
