Ramairen Properties LLP operates from the top floor of Plot No 26 on Pusa Road. Being in Karol Bagh, specifically in the Beedanpura ward, means we are right in the thick of things in Central Delhi. Pusa Road is always packed with cars and people, so it’s never quiet around here. Our office being on the top floor gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops, but mostly it just means we are a bit further away from the street noise. It’s a busy spot. We handle property matters, which involves a lot of reading through old documents and talking to different people about plots and buildings. Karol Bagh has a specific feel to it, very old school and fast-paced at the same time. We don't have a flashy setup. It’s just a regular office space where we keep our records and meet people who are interested in properties. The weather gets really hot in Delhi, and being on the top floor, we definitely feel it, but we have the fans going. We've been in this location for a while and have seen the shops on the ground floor change many times. It’s a practical place for a business like ours. We spend our days sorting out the details of various real estate deals and making sure the files are in order. It’s a lot of paper and a lot of conversations.
