Pushkars Building Systems is based right in the middle of everything in Paharganj. Our office is at 108, Vardhman Diamond Plaza, on the first floor. It is in the Commercial Centre at Motia Khan. If you know Central Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here every single day. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving about, which makes it an interesting place to work. We focus on building systems and getting all the necessary supplies where they need to go. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but it works for us because we are close to all the main markets. We aren't some polished corporate office with glass walls and fancy carpets. It’s a practical space where we handle our business and talk to our suppliers. Sometimes it gets a little loud outside with all the street noise and the horns honking, but we just keep working through it. We’ve been in this plaza for quite a while now. Most people come to us because they need something specific for a construction job they are doing. We don't put out big ads or try to sound overly professional. We just do the work and talk to the people who walk through the door. Being in Motia Khan means we see all sorts of folks. It is a very down-to-earth way to run a company. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our inventory. It’s just a normal job.
