Vikas Projects is situated at E-29 in the Paryaran Complex. It’s part of the Saidulajab Extension, right off Ignou Road. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded, but we’ve found our little corner here. Our office is a working space through and through. There are blueprints rolled up in corners and stacks of documents on almost every flat surface. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We’d rather spend our energy on the actual work we have to do. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and a few newer faces. We all get along well enough and help each other out when things get hectic. Working in Saidulajab means we see a lot of the local life every day. We aren't some distant corporation; we are right here on the ground. When people come to talk to us, they get a straight answer without any of that confusing business jargon. We have our good days and our bad days, just like any other business. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or loud construction nearby, but we just keep going. It’s a practical way of working that has served us well so far. We are just a group of folks who enjoy building things and seeing projects through to the end. It is simple, hard work that keeps us coming back.
