Opalite Properties And Enterprises Llp is based right on Asaf Ali Road, which is a place that feels like the heart of the city sometimes. We are in the Mehant Building, specifically at 22 A. It’s an older building, and you can really feel the history of New Delhi when you walk up the stairs. Working in property means we are always dealing with a lot of different people and a lot of different problems. We handle everything from the enterprises side to the basic property management stuff. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren’t interested in looking polished; we just want to get the work done correctly. Asaf Ali Road is always loud with traffic and people, so there is a lot of energy around us all the time. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to run out to meet someone at a site, and other times we are stuck here all day answering emails. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the neighbors well. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't use a lot of big words to describe ourselves.
