New Whitehouse Constructions Llp is situated at C/O 15B Lal Bahadur Shashtri Marg in the Civil Lines area. This is a bit of a historic part of town, and we like being located here. Our office is in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the pipes groan sometimes. We are a construction firm, so our lives revolve around schedules, materials, and labor. Civil Lines is a nice place to work, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We do not wear suits; we wear clothes that can get a bit of plaster on them. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or looking at structural drawings. Construction is a tough business because there are always delays you can't control, like rain or a truck breaking down on the highway. We just take it as it comes. We are a limited liability partnership, which sounds fancy, but it is just a few of us working together to build houses and offices. We do not have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to build things that stay standing. We have a lot of regular contractors we work with, and we treat everyone fairly. If you drop by, you will likely find us huddled around a computer looking at a new design or checking the accounts for the week.
