New J S Engineering Works

We’ve been here at 2065/39 in Naiwala, Karol Bagh for a long time now. It’s a busy spot with lots of noise and grease. Most days start early with the shutter going up and people coming in for all sorts of metal work and mechanical fixes. We handle engineering stuff that most people don’t really think about until something breaks down. New J S Engineering Works is just a small place, really. It gets quite crowded in this part of Karol Bagh, especially with all the spare parts shops nearby. You get used to the sounds of hammers and machines. We mostly deal with local folks and mechanics who need specific things made or repaired. It isn’t fancy here. There’s a desk with some old papers and tools everywhere. If you walk down the lane, you’ll find us easily. We just do the work that comes in. Sometimes it’s a lot of small jobs, other times it’s one big thing that takes all day. It’s honest work and we keep busy. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the machines. It’s dusty and loud but that’s how engineering shops are in this area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the work stays pretty much the same. People come to us because they know we are right here in Naiwala. We just try to get things done right so people can get back to their business.
