You can find Airex Engineering at 129 Babaji Estate. We’re right behind Bhikshuk Gruh in Odhav. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always loud and there’s always something moving. Our shop is just one of many in this estate. We focus on engineering work, mostly the hands-on kind. There is grease on the floor sometimes and the tools are well-used. We don't have a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably see us right in the middle of a project. It’s a bit cluttered. We’ve been in Ahmedabad for a long time. The heat in Odhav gets pretty bad in the summer, but we keep working. We don't talk much about visions or goals. We just look at the jobs we have for the week and try to finish them. It’s honest work. Most of the guys here live nearby. We know the other business owners in the estate too. We share tools or advice when someone is stuck. Airex isn't a huge name, but we’re reliable for the folks who know us. We deal with various engineering parts and setups. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend all day figuring it out. That’s just part of the life here. No suits, just work clothes. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it and then go home to our families. Some days we stay late just to get things right.
