New Delhi Land Consortium Llp is located on Shankar Road in New Rajinder Nagar. We are at Plot No. 47, Site No. 1, on the first floor. This is a pretty well-established part of Delhi, and Shankar Road is always busy with traffic and shoppers. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s an older building, so it has some character to it. We deal with land and property matters around the city. The office inside is a bit cluttered with maps and folders. We have a few desks pushed together and some old chairs that have seen better days. It isn't a place for fancy presentations. We mostly just sit down with people and talk through the details of whatever land project is on the table. The windows look out onto the street, so there is always something to watch if you need a break from the computer screen. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby; there are plenty of good spots to eat around here. The team is small, so we all know each other well. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, handle the property paperwork, and try to keep things organized. It’s a very normal, local way of doing business in a historic part of the city. We keep to ourselves and focus on the work at hand.
