We've been over here at DB Gupta Road for a while now. Paharganj is always busy, you know how it is with the traffic and people everywhere. We mostly deal with site work and the usual construction stuff that comes our way. It's not fancy. My desk stays a bit messy with all the papers and site plans, but that's just how we work. We have a small crew and we get to the sites early. Sometimes things go smooth, other times the materials arrive late and we have to figure it out. That's just part of the job. Most days we are just coordinating with the guys on the ground or checking on the progress at the plots. It gets dusty and loud, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do the big speeches or anything like that. We just show up at the office, drink some tea, and then get to whatever project is on the schedule for that week. It's honest work. If you walk past Block 8, you'll see our spot. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place where we get our planning done before heading out. We keep it simple. Usually, there's a lot of back and forth with the suppliers. It takes time to get everything lined up right. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss. Every day is different, and we just take it as it comes. There is always some new challenge, but we just handle it.
