Msp Developers Llp is located in Paharganj, specifically at B 207 on the second floor of R G Complex in Motia Khan. If you’ve ever tried to park in this area, you know it’s a bit of a challenge, so we usually tell people to come by rickshaw or walk from the main road. The complex itself has seen better days, but it’s where we feel at home. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street below, though mostly it’s just roofs and cables. We spend our days here going over plans and talking to contractors. The office isn’t huge, but it fits us just fine. We have a small seating area for guests that’s mostly occupied by stacks of documents these days. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights. Just the name on the door and a bunch of people working hard. Motia Khan has a specific vibe, a mix of old industrial feeling and the new stuff coming up, and we like being right in the thick of it. The tea from the corner shop is actually pretty good, so that’s a plus. We’ve had many long afternoons here discussing development stuff while the ceiling fan hums overhead. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a minute, but the generator usually kicks in eventually. It is just how we do things here in this part of town.
