You can find Marutsut Buildtech Llp at Hailey Road in Central Delhi. Our space is Flat No C 7 in the Upasana 1 building. Being in Central Delhi means we are close to everything, but it also means the traffic is always a bit much. It's an older building, which has some character to it. We use this flat as our main hub for all our construction activities. There are three of us who run the LLP together. We spend a lot of time discussing projects over tea in the small kitchen area we have set up. Most of our work involves managing build sites around the city center. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure we have the right permits from the municipal corporation. The walls of our office are covered in site maps and schedules that we try our best to stick to. Things don't always go according to plan in the building trade, especially with the weather in Delhi. We just take it one day at a time. We are not some huge firm with a fancy glass office. We're just regular people trying to build things that last. Sometimes we work late into the evening when a deadline is coming up. It’s just how we operate. Hailey Road is a decent place to be based and we've gotten to know the neighbors around here. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it gets a little noisy from the street below.
