Manpower Professionals Inc.

Being located right by the YWCA Centenary Hostel on Ashoka Road means we see a lot of people passing through every day. Our office at Manpower Professionals Inc. is in a very central part of New Delhi. It’s an old building with a lot of history around it. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and calling people for interviews. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just quiet work. We have a small team here. We sit at our desks, drink far too much coffee, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not always easy keeping track of who is supposed to be where. The traffic on Ashoka Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns outside our window. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we know the local chai wallahs and the security guards around the hostel pretty well. It feels like a small community even though we’re in the middle of a big city. We just try to help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It’s basic work but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward.
