Career Shapper

Career Shapper is located at 25 Naiwala in the Karol Bagh area. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it is one of the busiest places you can find, with markets and people everywhere. Our office at number 25 is right in the middle of all that noise. We help people with their careers, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes. The office is a bit noisy because of the street sounds that drift in through the windows. We have a few mismatched chairs and some desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. It’s not a high-end corporate office with a view of the skyline. Instead, we look out at the shops and the shoppers on the street below. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just sit down with whoever comes in and try to figure out what they need. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the traffic outside. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. There is a specific rhythm to Naiwala that you only understand if you work here every day. We’ve gotten used to the crowds and the constant movement. It’s a place where work gets done without any unnecessary fluff. We are just here at 25 Naiwala, doing what we can to help folks move forward.
