Our place is at 6753/10 on Street Number 3 in Dev Nagar. That’s in the Karol Bagh area of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know it’s always packed and there is always something going on. Our office reflects that energy. It’s not a huge, quiet corporate space. It’s a working environment where Bharti Telelsoft handles its daily operations. We’ve got computers lined up and people usually have their heads down working on something. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the shops and people moving around, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a lot of extras. We just have what we need to get through the workday. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like it does in any busy part of Delhi, but we just deal with it and keep going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want a place where we can focus and get the tasks finished. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there’s a lot of shouting across the room instead of sending formal emails. It’s a practical setup that works for the kind of work we do every day in this part of the city. We just try to stay on top of things as best as we can.
