You can find Boss & Peers Consultancy at 3321, Ranjit Nagar. We are right opposite South Patel Nagar, so it’s pretty easy to find once you get into the right lane. The building has been here for a long time, and so have we. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people always moving about. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so much stuff, but it feels comfortable enough for the work we do. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or expensive coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some biscuits for when people come over to talk. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The noise from the street outside sometimes leaks in, but you get used to the sound of horns and vendors after a while. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels real. There’s no pretension here. We just handle the consultancy work as it comes in. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break, but usually, we are just heads down, working through the piles of folders on our desks. It’s a small team, and we’ve known each other for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to get the day's tasks finished and go home to see our families.
