Convergence Technologies

Convergence Technologies is based at B-65 on Pandara Road. If you know New Delhi, you probably associate Pandara Road with the famous food stalls, but we’re here for the tech side of things. It’s a central location, which makes it easy for people to reach us, though the traffic in this part of the city can be pretty intense during the rush hour. Our office isn’t a high-tech lab with neon lights. It’s more of a traditional space where we sit and work on various technology projects. We deal with a lot of hardware and software issues, and there’s usually a few cables lying around on the floor that we need to tidy up. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits unless there’s a really specific reason for it. Most of the time, we’re just in our regular clothes, focusing on the screens and trying to figure out why something isn't working the way it should. We’ve been at this for a while, so we have a good rhythm. We don't put out a lot of advertisements or try to sound like a Silicon Valley startup. We’re just a group of people in Delhi who know their way around computers and like solving problems for our clients. It’s a good place to work, even if the building is a bit older than some of the new ones popping up in Gurgaon. We just take it day by day and keep our heads down.
