Chona Placement

Chona Placement is over in Karol Bagh at Sai Chambers, room 202 on Guptha Road. Karol Bagh is always a whirlwind of activity, especially with the shops and the shoppers everywhere. Our office in Sai Chambers is a bit of a retreat from the chaos outside on Guptha Road. We do placement work, helping people find various roles in different companies. It's a lot of talking to people and trying to understand what they are looking for. The room 202 isn't massive, but it works for us. We have some old desks and plenty of paper around. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit moody, so you might have to take the stairs. We've been here for a long time, and we've seen a lot of candidates come through. Some are nervous, some are excited, and we just try to treat them all normally. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is free just looks up and says hello. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons meeting people. It’s a steady pace. Karol Bagh is a great place to be because there's always something to eat nearby when we take our lunch break. We’re just a local business trying to do right by the people who come to see us. It’s been our way of life for years and we keep at it.
