Down in Darya Ganj, specifically at Kucha Paramanand 3754/1, you can find us on the first floor. It is a very old part of Delhi and the streets are always crowded with people and carts. We have been in this spot for a long time. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and lots of folders. We help people find jobs. It is simple enough but takes a lot of time to get everything right. The neighborhood is full of bookshops and printers, so there is always noise outside. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is here. We aren't a big corporation. It is just a few of us working together. We know the local area well and the people who live around here. People stop by to ask about openings or just to say hello. We don't have any fancy signs or big posters. The office smells like old paper and tea. We just try to get the work done and go home. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. It’s a busy life in Darya Ganj but we like it here on the first floor.
