Manha Earth Construction Llp is based at 6 A 72 on the ground floor in the West Extension Area of Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh at all, you know it’s always busy and there’s almost never a quiet moment during the day. Our office usually reflects that energy. There’s always someone coming in or going out, usually with a bit of dirt on their shoes from a job site. We handle a lot of earthwork and general construction projects. It’s a messy, physical business, but we don't really mind the grime. Having the office on the ground floor makes it easy for the workers and the delivery guys to drop in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We’ve been here for a while and have watched the neighborhood change and grow. Karol Bagh is a hub for everything, so it’s a very convenient place for a construction company to be located. We have our regular clients who come back to us for all their building needs. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; we just rely on people seeing our boards at different sites. The office itself is very practical—lots of files, some old maps of the area tacked to the wall, and desks that have been through a lot. We aren't here to try and impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’re just here to get the work organized so the projects stay on schedule. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the sites.
