Malhotra

Our place is at H. S. No. 125 on Jharkhandi Mandir Road in Bhola Nath Nagar. This is over in the Shadara area. It’s a traditional part of town and the road can get pretty busy with people going to the temple or the local shops. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and has been in the family for a while now. We use the space for Malhotra’s daily business. It’s not a corporate office by any means. It’s more of a place where we sit down and handle the accounts and talk to customers. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but we don’t mind it. We usually open up around nine thirty and shut things down by seven. The neighborhood is friendly and we know most of the people on this street. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit when the weather is nice. The office is full of old ledgers and some computer equipment we got a few years ago. It’s a simple setup. We don't like to overcomplicate things with fancy systems. If someone needs something, they just come in and ask us directly. We do our best to help out and keep the business running smoothly day after day. It’s just how we’ve always done things here in Shadara and we don't plan on changing it any time soon really.
