We’re located in Flat Number 304 of the Brij Mohan Apartment building. Shailendra Kumar Kashyap is the one running the show here. It’s an "One Person Company," so things are pretty tight-knit. We don’t have a big staff or a sprawling office. It’s just a focused space where we work on project ideas. Living and working in an apartment building means things stay pretty quiet and professional, away from the main road noise. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, looking at housing layouts and project timelines. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a big reception desk. Usually, it’s just a phone and a desk covered in notes. We like the personal feel of it. When someone calls, they’re talking directly to us, not some call center. The apartment is a comfortable spot to sit and think about where the next project should go. We’ve had to learn everything the hard way, by just doing it. There’s no big corporate manual here. We just try to stay organized and keep track of all the different moving parts that come with project planning. It’s a lot of responsibility for a small setup, but that’s how we prefer it. No unnecessary layers, just direct work on housing and city projects. We’re just trying to build something steady one step at a time from our little corner here in the apartment.
