You can find us at Kothi Number 34 on Alipur Road, which is in the Civil Lines area. We are located on the third floor. This part of Delhi has a lot of history, and you can see it in the buildings all around us. It’s a bit of a mix, with older houses sitting next to newer office setups. Our official address includes Khasara Number 494, which is a bit of a mouthful, but that’s what’s on the paperwork. Lustre Construction Co Llp has been using this space for quite some time now. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees that line Alipur Road. This is a nice break when the day gets busy. It’s a Central Delhi location, so it’s fairly easy to reach. The 110054 area can get pretty crowded during peak hours, however. The building itself is an old kothi. It has those thick walls and high ceilings that you don’t really find in the newer glass buildings. We’ve set up our desks and computers in a way that makes sense for the way we work. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters. This is just a practical place where we answer the phones and plan our projects. Sometimes the climb up to the third floor feels a bit long. We are used to it by now. We just go about our business in this corner of Civil Lines.
