Kunrak Infrabuildtech Developers Private Limited is based right in the middle of Paharganj, at number 19 on the first floor. If you know Paharganj, you know it’s one of the busiest, most crowded parts of North Delhi. It’s a wild place to run a business, but we like being in the thick of it. There is always something happening right outside the window. We mostly focus on development and building stuff, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. The office is a bit old, and the stairs are steep, but it’s our home base. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a team of people in suits. It’s just us, some worn-out desks, and a lot of maps and plans. Building in this city is a constant challenge because of the regulations and the lack of space. We’ve learned to be pretty flexible over the years. Some days we feel like we’re making great progress, and other days we’re just stuck in traffic or waiting for a permit. We don’t try to sugarcoat it. It’s a tough business, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know our way around. We just keep plugging away at it, one brick at a time, until the job is finished.
