Kmt Properties is located in the Ashoka Centre over in Jhandewalan. We are up on the 4th floor at 4E/15. If you have been to Central Delhi you know the building is one of those older ones that has seen a lot of history. Our office isn't anything special to look at but it is where we get everything done. There is a lot of paper moving across desks and we spend a good chunk of the day on the phone. Being in Jhandewalan means we are close to everything which is helpful. The lift in Ashoka Centre can be a bit slow sometimes so we wait around talking to the other people who work in the building. It is a mix of different businesses here. We mostly focus on property matters and keeping our records straight. It gets dusty because of all the construction nearby but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation or anything like that. Just a group of people working out of a 4th-floor office in a busy part of Delhi-Central. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon so we keep the blinds down most of the time. We have a few old folders and some maps pinned to the walls. It feels like a workspace where people actually do things instead of just sitting around. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and it feels like home now for the team.
