Kickstarts Placements

Our office for Kickstarts Placements is at H.No. Wz-108 in Village Dasghara. It is tucked away near P.O. Pusa in New Delhi, and if you don't know the area, you might get lost in the lanes. The village vibe is still there even though we are in the middle of a massive city. It’s a bit of a maze getting here with all the scooters and delivery vans blocking the way. The building is a typical Delhi house structure. We use a couple of rooms for our daily operations. It’s usually loud outside with kids playing or people shouting greetings to each other. We have a small sign on the door so people know they found the right place. Inside, there are just some basic tables and chairs. We don't have air conditioning in every room, so we mostly huddle where it’s coolest during the peak of summer. The pin code is 110012, which covers a lot of ground around here. We’ve known the local shopkeepers for years. Sometimes we have to step out to the post office nearby to send out documents. It’s a practical space. We don't have a big HR department or a cleaning crew; we just tidy up ourselves before we head home. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking things on our laptops.
