We’ve been helping people with their money and forms for quite some time now. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, going through numbers and making sure everything adds up correctly. We don’t have those fancy coffee machines or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the work done. People come in from the market outside, often looking a bit stressed about their finances, and we sit down and talk it through. It’s a lot of listening and writing things down. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us in Chuna Mandi. The building is old but it’s sturdy, and we’ve made it our own over the years. We know the neighbors and the local shops well. Dealing with financial stuff can be a headache for a lot of folks, so we try to keep it simple. There’s no need for big words when plain English works better. We just stay focused on the task at hand and try to be helpful. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it right here in Pahar Ganj where all the life is. There is always someone coming or going with a new question.
