You will find us located at 4268 A/3 on Ansari Road in Daryaganj. This area has a lot of history and it is always incredibly crowded with people and vehicles. JAGS Promoters Private Limited is our small operation here. We deal with property promotion and other related services. The office is inside an older building, so it has that very specific smell of old paper and a little bit of dust. We actually like it though. It feels like we are part of the real Delhi. We are definitely not a polished corporate firm with fancy suits. We are just a few people who understand how the property market works in this part of the city. Most of our days are spent meeting with different people or sorting through stacks of legal papers. It is not the most exciting work in the world, but it is what we do to make a living. We do not use any fancy slogans or marketing talk. We just tell people how things are. Sometimes the heat in the middle of summer makes the office a bit uncomfortable, but we keep a few fans running. People often drop in, we have some tea together, and we discuss whatever business needs to be handled. It is a very local way of working. We have been on Ansari Road for a long time and we don't plan on moving. It is a busy and honest way to work.
