We've been working out of this first-floor spot on New Rohtak Road for a while now. It’s right near the MTNL office in Karol Bagh, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about a project. INTELLEHOMES DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just a group of us who handle building stuff and getting sites ready. It’s busy around here, especially with the traffic on the main road, but we manage. Most days you’ll find some of the guys out at the sites while a couple of us stay back at the office to deal with the paperwork and phone calls. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at plans. People in Central Delhi know this area well, so it’s a good base for us. We try to keep things straightforward and just do the work that’s assigned. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We handle the daily tasks, deal with the suppliers, and make sure things are moving along as they should. It isn't always pretty, and there's usually a lot of dust involved in what we do, but it's what we know. If you're walking past the MTNL building, you're pretty much right there. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we're still here doing our thing day in and day out.
