Idea Prepaid Process

If you’re looking for us, we’re located at H.N-350 in Baba Farid Puri. It’s a residential area in West Patel Nagar, so our office is actually in a house. It gives the whole place a very different feel than a standard office building. We handle the prepaid process side of things, which involves a lot of routine tasks and keeping track of data. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for quite some time now. The neighborhood is friendly, and we see the same people every day. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. Usually, you just walk in and see us sitting at our desks with our headsets on or typing away at the keyboards. We aren't a massive operation. It’s a small team and we all know each other pretty well. We talk about our families, what we did over the weekend, and whatever else is on our minds. The walls have some old calendars and a few posters, but that’s about it for decoration. We don't use any marketing jargon because we don't really see the point. We just want to make sure the work is done right. It’s a quiet life for the most part, apart from the usual Delhi traffic sounds nearby. We’re just regular folks trying to do a solid day’s work in 110008.
