Hargun Builders LLP is located on the second floor at 10/25 in East Patel Nagar. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a while now and we like being part of the local community. Our office is a simple place where we do all our planning and administrative work. Being on the second floor, we have a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of activity. We are a construction firm, so our day-to-day lives are mostly spent dealing with architects, contractors, and laborers. It’s not a particularly clean or quiet job, but we enjoy the challenge of seeing a building go up from nothing. We don't try to sound like a big fancy company; we’re just a team of people who work hard to get our projects finished. In the office, there’s usually a lot of talk about the cost of materials and how to keep things on schedule. We spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at site plans. Patel Nagar is a busy area, and navigating the logistics of construction here can be tricky, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We take a very practical approach to everything we do. We don’t have any polished slogans, just a commitment to showing up and doing the work every day.
