We've been operating out of Old Rajinder Nagar for some time now. Our place is on the ground floor at 51/18, which makes it easy for people to find us without climbing too many stairs. Global Hr Consultants is basically just a few of us working together to manage recruitment stuff. The neighborhood is full of students and young people, so there's always a lot of energy around. You can hear the sounds of the street from the front office. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We spend our time looking at job requirements and talking to candidates over the phone. New Delhi-110060 is a busy pin code, that’s for sure. We don’t go in for flashy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a workspace with a lot of files and a reliable internet connection. Some days are slower than others, but usually, the phone is ringing pretty often. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up. It’s just how it goes in a small office like ours. We’ve seen a lot of people pass through these doors over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living, right here in the heart of Rajinder Nagar. It gets hot in the summer, but the fan keeps us going. We’ve got a small desk near the window where we take our lunch.
