Exclave Developers Private Limited

We are based in Karol Bagh, specifically at Office 214 in the Durgachamber building. It’s on Db Guptaroad, which is always packed with people and cars and a lot of noise. Exclave Developers Private Limited is what we call ourselves. Being in Naiwala means things are never quiet for long. We’ve got this office on the second floor of building 1333-35. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes but it gets the job done for us. Karol Bagh is a tough place to work because of the constant crowd, but it’s central to everything. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to folks about development projects in the city. It isn't always easy or smooth. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we're out visiting sites across the whole city. We moved into this office because it was close to everything we needed to grow. The building itself has been around for a long time. You have to navigate the stairs and the halls to find us at room 214. We don't do anything flashy here. It's just a regular office where we handle the business side of things. Building and developing takes a lot of patience and energy. There’s always some new regulation or a delay with materials. We just try to stay on top of it from our little corner here in Naiwala. Most people know the area for the car parts and shops, but we’re just tucked away doing our own thing with property.
