We’ve been over at 20A Rajpur Road for a while now. Civil Lines is a quiet part of North Delhi, and that’s where Elegant Farm Developers Private Limited keeps its main office. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and planning out projects for different land sites. We mostly look at how to make the most of farm spaces. It’s not always easy work. Dealing with developers and farm plots means a lot of phone calls and maps spread across the desks. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, or we lose track of time talking about a specific boundary line. It’s just how things go in this business. We try to keep things straightforward.
