Dera Infra Space Private Limited is up on the second floor of M G House, which is at 201 R. T. Road. Being in Civil Lines gives us a decent place to work from. It’s an older building, so it has its quirks, but we’ve made it our own over time. We aren’t the type to spend money on flashy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of our stuff is just functional. We spend our days dealing with various projects and the mountain of paperwork that comes with them. Sometimes the elevator in M G House is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We keep a pretty low profile. There aren't many bells and whistles here, just a group of us working hard. We’ve been at this address for a while and the routine suits us. On R. T. Road, you get a lot of different people passing by, and we’ve gotten to know the regular delivery guys and the shopkeepers nearby. It feels like a real community. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. When people want to talk to us, they just come by or call. It’s a simple way to run a business. Dera Infra Space Private Limited is just a small operation trying to do right by its work.
