Constrive Dwellers LLP is based in Daryaganj at 4828/24 Plot No-2. We have a space that covers the ground floor and the basement in Ward No. XI. Daryaganj is one of those old parts of Delhi where the streets are narrow and always full of life. It can be quite a struggle to find parking around here. Our office is tucked away and it stays quite cool in the basement even when the sun is out. We do a lot of planning for buildings and housing projects from this spot. It isn't a polished office with glass walls. It is more about piles of blueprints and notebooks. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and checking on how things are going. The noise from the street is always there, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We don't have a big team of executives. It is just a few of us who know how to get things built. We don't make big promises or use complicated words to describe what we do. We just take one project at a time and see it through. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to finish. Daryaganj has a certain charm that we really like. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and work without any fuss.
