V. L Estates Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 204 Neelgiri Apartment on Barakhamba Road in Cannought Place. This area is right in the heart of everything so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We have been working from this office for a while now and we have seen a lot of changes in the local real estate market. Being in Neelgiri Apartment gives us a central place to meet folks and handle all the paperwork that comes with managing estates. It is not always an easy job because there is so much to keep track of every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking through property listings. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have a few people over at once but we manage. Barakhamba Road is a busy spot and we usually have to plan our day around the traffic and the metro schedules. We are just a regular company trying to keep things moving and helping people find the right spaces. We do not use any fancy sales talk or try to act like we are something we are not. It is just about being practical and getting the deals done. We have a small team here at V. L Estates Pvt. Ltd. and we all just pitch in where we are needed. It is a lot of work but it keeps us going day after day.
