You can find us at R 675 on the third floor in New Rajinder Nagar. It’s a Central Delhi spot that’s quite easy to get to, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. CMM DEVELOPERS LLP is run by folks who have lived around here for a long time. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of project files stacked up in the corner. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street below. We don't go in for fancy marketing or polished speeches. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Sh. Avtar Singh’s family has deep roots in the area, and we try to respect that by just being honest in our work. The 110060 area is a good mix of old and new buildings. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork of property development and meeting with people who want to build something new. It’s not always easy, especially with the heat in the middle of summer, but we manage. We aren't a huge team, just a few dedicated people doing our bit. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes a bit slow, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We’ve been in New Rajinder Nagar for a while now and we don't plan on moving. It feels like home to us and we like it that way.
