Our office is over on Pratap Street in Darya Ganj, specifically at 3071 on the ground floor. It is an older part of town with a lot of history and very narrow lanes that get crowded quickly. Buildultra Associates India Private Limited works from here every single day. We handle a lot of construction-related planning and associate work for various clients. Being on the ground floor makes it very easy for people to drop by without having to climb any stairs. Darya Ganj is always busy with people and carts, so there is always something happening right outside our front door. We have set up our workspace to be very practical and simple. Most of our time is spent looking at site plans or talking to different contractors on the phone. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we know how each other works without even talking much. We just try to stay organized and get through the long list of tasks we have each week. It is a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with the other local businesses. Sometimes we have meetings with vendors right here in the main office area. We do not spend much money on fancy decorations because we would rather just do the actual work. It is a plain office for a plain business. We like the area because everything we need is close.
