We are based in Daryaganj, specifically at 4828/24 on the ground floor and basement of Plot Number 2. If you know the area, you know it’s crowded and full of history. Being in Ward XI means we see a lot of foot traffic every single day. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a workspace where we handle estate matters. Daryaganj has a certain energy, and we’ve become part of that fabric over time. We deal with property stuff, mostly trying to figure out who owns what and where the boundaries are. It involves a lot of old paperwork and going through files that have been around longer than we have. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished image. We’re just local guys who know these streets. The basement is where we keep most of the archives, and it stays cool even when the Delhi summer is hitting hard outside. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. People stop by to ask questions about local plots or just to say hello. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don’t promise anything impossible; we just show what’s on the books. Life in Central Delhi moves fast, but we try to keep our head down and just do the work that’s in front of us. It gets a bit chaotic with the narrow lanes, but that is just part of being here.
