We are located at 15/54 in Old Rajender Nagar. It’s right near Ganga Ram Hospital, which is a landmark everyone in Central Delhi knows. Arora Builders Llp has been working out of this area for quite some time now. Being in an old part of the city like this has its own set of challenges. The buildings are close together and the streets are always packed with cars and people. We focus on construction and renovations around here. It’s a lot of work dealing with old structures and trying to make them modern without everything falling apart. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's a functional place where we keep our files and meet with the foremen. We don't use big words or try to sell people things they don't need. Most of our business comes from neighbors talking to each other. Someone sees a house being renovated and asks who is doing it. That’s how we’ve stayed in business. We know the local plumbers, the electricians, and where to get the best cement for a decent price. Working in Central Delhi means you have to be patient with the traffic and the red tape. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It’s honest work for honest pay, and we like it.
